The virtual office is not for everyone. New agents should join a brick and mortar office where they can be mentored and develop discipline in working on their own. In fact, no agents with less than two years of recent experience AND at least $1,000,000 in sales well be eligible to join eHome Pro. eHome Pro agents are independent thinkers, who prefer to work from home, they don’t enjoy office politics, and don’t like to waste time with floor duty or weekly meetings talking about listings that can be found on the MLS.

They enjoy using technology that enhances their business like video marketing and DocuSign, feel naked without their smart phone and begin to twitch nervously if they can’t check their emails immediately. eHome Pro agents read everything they can get a hold of about real estate and take courses yearly to hone their skills. They love controlling their own business, the freedom of working when, where and how much they want, and the ability to make as much money as they want to earn.
