Recruiting Bonus
The Recruiting Bonus will be equivalent to 20% of each agent’s monthly fee*

*New recruits that choose Option 4 will provide a bonus which is the equivalent of $50 for each month the new agent remains at eHome Pro. The bonus will not be paid monthly, but will be paid within 30 days of the Option 4 agent’s closings. No bonuses will be paid on agents formerly with eHome Pro.
Agent Qualifications
eHome Pro agents are encouraged to recruit other agents with the following qualifications:
· Agents must have been in the business for at least 2 years prior to joining eHome Pro.
· Agents must have sold at least $1,000,000 in inventory
· Agents must not have any unsolved issues with TREC, or unpaid balances with any board, association or MLS
· Agents must have and be comfortable in a home office
The broker reserves the right to refuse entrance of any agent into the company for any reason. Just because they satisfy the qualifications does not guarantee entrance. Any agent recruited by another agent must be approved by the broker.
Miscellaneous
· No bonuses are paid after agents leave the company.
· Agents may take their listings and buyers with them if they choose to leave the company.
· All contracts for listings and sales MUST be reviewed by the broker within 24 hours of the sales. Unusual offers or wording with “Special Provisions” should be approved by the Broker before the offer is executed.
· Signs: There are limited signs available at the company office which may be checked out until they run out. It is highly suggested that agents purchase their own signs for listings.
· Leads: Agents will supply their own leads. As leads become available management reserves the right to refer them out to agents at a commission split of 75%/25%.
· Business Cards: Agents will procure their own business cards using the company logo.
· Website: Agents should have their own website and/or a Facebook page that can act as a website. Agents sites will be linked to the eHome Pro site.
· Agent Photos and Bios: Agents will need to supply a photo and a bio for the company website.
· Virtual Assistant: The VA is available for your use. She will bill you individually at the agreed upon rate per hour.
